Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the stock area, ensuring optimal merchandise availability across the boutique
  • Process incoming deliveries through receiving, unpacking, quality inspection, and proper storage procedures
  • Execute regular inventory counts and audits, maintaining accurate and meticulously organized stock records
  • Continuously replenish sales floor merchandise and support the sales team with product availability
  • Identify and implement process improvements within warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship or professional qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management
  • Demonstrated experience handling delicate and luxury goods with meticulous care
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and mobile device technology
