Louis Vuitton Verona — Stock Advisor (internship, part-time). Manage inventory, back-of-house operations and store logistics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming merchandise and manage replenishment of sales floor and stockroom to ensure product availability.
  • Control and optimise stock levels through active interaction with the supply chain and timely product transfers.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient Back of House, including stockroom layout, tagging and storage procedures.
  • Execute and document product transfers between locations and prepare goods for dispatch or display.
  • Monitor key logistical KPIs and contribute to the store’s commercial results through accurate inventory control.
  • Run and support inventory counts, reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
  • Design and implement process improvements and projects related to logistics and Back of House organisation.
  • Provide sales-floor support and frontline client assistance when required.

Qualifications

  • Curiosity, empathy and a commercial mindset with strong customer orientation.
  • Demonstrated analytical and organisational capabilities; meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively within a retail team.
  • Flexible availability including weekends; proactive attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable with digital systems and point‑of‑sale/back‑office software; good knowledge of Excel.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level; additional languages considered an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail stock management, inventory control or store logistics.
