Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming merchandise and manage replenishment to the sales floor according to the store plan.
  • Monitor and optimise stock levels through active interaction with the supply chain and store stakeholders.
  • Organise and maintain an efficient Back of House workflow and storage layout.
  • Coordinate product transfers between locations and manage related logistics.
  • Track and control logistics KPIs; contribute to achieving store performance targets.
  • Perform regular inventory counts, reconciliations and stock adjustments.
  • Implement and support new processes and projects related to logistics and Back of House organisation.
  • Support sales floor activities and provide high‑quality client assistance when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in retail inventory, stock management or logistics operations, ideally within luxury retail.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Commercial mindset with empathy, curiosity and agility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proactive attitude with demonstrated problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Good command of English at B2 level; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible retail hours.

Experience
