Louis Vuitton in Rome seeks a Stock Advisor (contract) to manage inventory, replenishment and Back‑of‑House logistics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming product receipt and process stock replenishment to the sales floor according to merchandising plans.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by liaising with the supply chain and executing stock transfers.
  • Oversee organisation and operational efficiency of the Back of House, including storage, labelling and housekeeping.
  • Conduct and manage inventory counts and discrepancy investigations to safeguard stock accuracy.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to store performance targets through data‑driven actions.
  • Implement and support new logistics processes or Back of House projects to improve throughput and accuracy.
  • Provide sales support and high‑level customer assistance on the shop floor when required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in teams.
