Louis Vuitton Milan seeks a Stock Advisor (temporary, on‑site) to manage receiving, inventory and back‑of‑house logistics supporting boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming merchandise and manage replenishment to the sales floor according to allocation plans.
  • Monitor and control stock levels in coordination with the supply chain to ensure product availability and turnover.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient Back of House (BOH) area, ensuring stock is stored, labelled and accessible.
  • Coordinate product transfers between stores and warehouses, handling documentation and logistics.
  • Track logistics KPIs, report on stock performance and contribute to achieving store commercial targets.
  • Execute regular inventories, stock counts and discrepancy investigations.
  • Implement and support new processes and projects related to logistics and BOH organisation.
  • Provide ad hoc sales support on the shop floor and assist clients when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in retail inventory, stock management or store logistics.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive problem solver with flexibility to adapt in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and on‑site in the Milan boutique.
  • Good command of English (B2); additional languages considered an advantage.
