Louis Vuitton seeks a Stock Advisor (temporary) in Milan to manage inventory, stock transfers and Back of House operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming goods operations, inspect receipts and ensure accurate stock replenishment on the sales floor;
- Maintain optimal stock levels through close interaction with the supply‑chain and logistics teams;
- Organize and streamline Back of House procedures to maximise operational efficiency;
- Coordinate internal product transfers between stores and warehouse locations;
- Monitor and report logistic KPIs, contributing to store performance targets;
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records;
- Implement and support new logistics processes and Back of House projects;
- Provide sales support and high‑level customer assistance on the shop floor when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in retail stock, warehouse or logistics roles;
- Strong analytical and organisational capabilities with attention to detail;
- Commercial mindset with customer‑centric attitude and ability to support sales;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven teamworking ability;
- Proactive, flexible and adept at problem solving in a fast‑paced retail environment;
- Proficiency in Excel and comfortable using retail/ERP systems;
- English proficiency at B2 level; additional languages considered a plus;
- Availability to work on weekends and to operate on‑site in Milan.

Experience
Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in retail inventory, stockroom or logistics operations, preferably within luxury retail or fashion contexts.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in logistics, supply‑chain or retail operations is advantageous.
