Louis Vuitton — Special Orders Assistant (High Jewellery apprenticeship) in Paris (2nd arrondissement). Start September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Special Orders Manager with day‑to‑day operational management of bespoke jewellery and timepiece requests from markets and clients.
- Draft creative and technical briefs for the design studio and follow up with ateliers and editions for special encasements and premium packaging.
- Maintain and update tracking tools for requests and production schedules; participate in weekly project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare commercial proposal documents and monthly internal newsletters; manage market enquiries and client requests.
- Maintain loose stone inventory and mount catalogues available to markets; feed and preserve special orders design archives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of shared tools, KPI reporting and training/support materials for sales teams.
- Participate in event preparation and strategic presentations (showrooms, selling aids, cartels, design assets).
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a master’s-level programme (business school, management, luxury, or equivalent) and eligible for an apprenticeship/alternance starting September 2026.
- Fluent French and English (spoken and written).
- Proven proficiency with Pack Office — Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of organisation, rigor, autonomy and proactivity; ability to federate and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Prior exposure or internship experience in watchmaking or jewellery is a strong plus.
Skills
Experience
Beginner — currently enrolled in a relevant master’s programme; prior internship experience in watches or jewellery is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's-level studies in business, management, luxury, fashion or equivalent (enrollment required for apprenticeship/alternance).
