Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to supplier consultations by analyzing briefs, structuring requests for proposal, and performing comparative analysis of proposals
• Negotiate and formalize commercial terms in accordance with Louis Vuitton purchasing policy and QCD (quality, cost, timeline) objectives
• Pilot development progress in close collaboration with Development, Logistics, Marketing, and Quality teams
• Ensure application of guidelines and RSE (corporate social responsibility) commitments of the LVMH group
• Qualify partners according to ethical, social, and environmental requirements
• Ensure contractualization with partners (operational and regulatory documentation)
• Identify and deploy optimization levers including value analysis, supply chain security, competitiveness, and eco-design
• Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing processes and automation of data management

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program (business school, engineering school, or university) with specialization in Purchasing/Procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Excellent organizational rigor and attention to detail
• Results-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Entry-level or first purchasing internship experience preferred; prior exposure to direct procurement a plus
