Role & Responsibilities
- Support sourcing specialists in researching new materials for the Leather Goods Creation teams.
- Independently conduct material and technical research and assist in design processes.
- Manage the supply of existing materials through suppliers or internal sites for prototyping needs.
- Propose initiatives for material reuse, upcycling, and organization of the material library.
- Research eco-friendly materials.
- Contribute to presenting industrializable products in the showroom that meet LV quality standards and initial specifications.
- Act as a liaison between sourcing specialists and industrial teams, including project managers, buyers, developers, and quality teams.
- Update management systems for upstream indicators, including research budget tracking.
- Work on optimizing upstream launch processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a specialization in mechanics, materials, or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level experience suitable for students or recent graduates.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
