Louis Vuitton — Paris: Social Sustainability Project Intern (6-month internship) supporting CSR social projects. Start July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the RSE (CSR) team on social and societal projects across Louis Vuitton’s sustainability strategy, contributing to operational delivery and stakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate, consolidate and analyse annual social reporting in connection with the Maison’s ‘Notre Voyage Engagé’ strategy.
- Conduct benchmarking and horizon-scanning of best practices on diversity, equity and inclusion; propose operational initiatives and contribute to inclusive recruitment practices.
- Animate and support existing local community partnerships: track KPIs, surface best practices and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to internal communication and engagement activities on RSE topics: prepare digital assets, presentations, workshops, events and employee mobilisation initiatives.
- Support project governance tasks: follow-ups, documentation, testing of inclusive job posting practices and preparation of management reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, university programme or equivalent with a specialisation in social RSE, sustainability or a related field.
- Fluent in French and English, comfortable with telephone exchanges, meetings and written presentations in both languages.
- Demonstrated rigour, autonomy, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a propensity to propose improvements and pilot small-scale initiatives.
- Prior internship or first professional experience in CSR, social projects, D&I or related fields is an advantage.

Entry-level — student or recent graduate seeking a 6-month internship; a prior internship or exposure to CSR/social-project work is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Student in business school, university or equivalent with a specialisation in social/societal aspects of sustainable development (RSE/CSR).
