Louis Vuitton Paris: 6-month Social Relations Intern supporting labour law and HR operations. Start January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and provide operational support to HR teams across manufacturing facilities on collective labour relations and professional election preparation
- Prepare meetings for employee representative bodies, negotiation sessions, and company agreement reviews
- Create presentation materials and social communication documentation
- Develop and standardize document templates for HR processes
- Monitor access and submissions to the BDESE (Base de Données Économiques, Sociales et Environnementales) platform
- Support the filing and implementation oversight of company collective agreements
Qualifications
- Master's 2 (M2) level legal education or equivalent CRFPA qualification in employment law
- Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in a law firm specializing in labour law
- Proficiency with legal research tools and databases
- Strong analytical capabilities and data management skills
- Excellent command of French and English

Entry-level; candidates should have completed at least one prior legal internship or apprenticeship in a labour law practice environment. Familiarity with French employment law frameworks is advantageous.
Education
Master's 2 (M2) in Employment Law, Labour Law, or equivalent; CRFPA qualification or equivalent legal credential in progress or completed.
