Louis Vuitton, Paris: Social Relations Coordinator role managing collective bargaining, employee relations, and labor law compliance in a hybrid work environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and negotiate company agreements, identifying negotiation priorities and developing associated strategies in collaboration with headquarters
- Prepare negotiation materials, actively participate in discussions, and contribute to agreement drafting while ensuring deployment and employee communication across HR and support functions
- Prepare and facilitate Central Works Committee (CSE) and central representative body meetings, including agenda development and information cascade to HR teams
- Coordinate and manage professional electoral processes, including timeline planning, documentation preparation, team training, and related negotiations
- Provide technical support and advisory services to local HR teams on complex labor law matters and coordinate external legal proceedings with employment law counsel
- Ensure seamless information flow and develop collaborative materials with transversal departments including Payroll, Finance, Compensation & Benefits, and Legal
- Represent the Maison in employer federation meetings and industry working groups, maintaining active sector awareness
Qualifications
- Advanced qualification in labor law, human resources, or industrial relations
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience in labor law, preferably acquired in law firms or as corporate employment counsel
- Mastery of labor legislation and industrial relations dynamics
- Excellent written communication, organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong emotional intelligence and acute conflict resolution capability
- Proven ability to mobilise, federate, and facilitate change management across teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of substantial professional experience in labor law, ideally developed within law firms or as an in-house employment counsel. Expertise in managing collective agreements, industrial relations, and social policy is essential.
Education
Advanced degree specialization in labor law, human resources, or industrial relations
