Louis Vuitton — Paris — Social CSR Projects Intern (6‑month internship starting July 2026) supporting social sustainability, D&I and community partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CSR Lead in the social pillar of the Maison’s sustainability strategy, executing ad hoc projects and contributing to strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate, consolidate and analyse annual CSR social reporting in alignment with the 'Notre Voyage Engagé' framework and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; propose actionable improvements for internal programmes and hiring practices.
- Contribute to the operational delivery of inclusion and awareness projects (trainings, testing inclusive job offers, mobilising RSE correspondents) and monitor progress against objectives.
- Animate and manage existing community/NGO partnerships, track partnership KPIs and identify new collaboration opportunities relevant to the Maison.
- Design and produce internal communications on CSR topics (digital tools, communication assets, conferences, workshops, solidarity events) and support employee mobilisation events.
- Research and pilot innovative, experiential solutions for internal and external CSR communications and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a business school, university or equivalent with a specialisation in social CSR or societal sustainability.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) — required for calls, meetings and presentations.
- Proven rigor, autonomy, synthesis capability and ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working with cross‑functional, international stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a continuous‑improvement orientation and ability to propose pragmatic solutions.

Experience
Early‑career / internship level; ideally one prior internship or first experience in CSR, social impact, diversity & inclusion, or a related field.
Education
Enrolment in a business school, university programme or equivalent with specialisation in social/societal aspects of sustainability (CSR).
