Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross‑functional project teams (purchasing, materials development, quality, style, production sites) to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure industrialization and market readiness of new small leather goods by meeting style, quality, margin, lead‑time and quantity targets.
- Define, validate and communicate project objectives, resources and schedules; maintain project plans and perform regular reporting.
- Apply risk analysis and value analysis tools to anticipate and mitigate quality, cost, timing and reliability risks.
- Propose pragmatic solutions to technical and organizational issues; escalate and drive remediation plans when deviations occur.
- Adapt and improve processes to align with project requirements and industrial constraints.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s) programme — engineering school, business school or university degree in a related field.
