Louis Vuitton – Hangzhou: Senior Stylist role delivering personalised styling, visual content and retail training to elevate client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Client Advisors to deliver personalised styling solutions that elevate customer experience and increase average transaction value through curated outfit and accessories pairings.
- Develop comprehensive wardrobe plans and full-look proposals for clients, tailored to personal preferences, body type and occasion (everyday, special events, travel).
- Produce market-led styling guides and visual assets (lookbooks, short-form videos, imagery) for distribution via brand-owned channels to stimulate client engagement and conversion.
- Design and deliver training programmes and practical workshops for retail teams on product knowledge, styling logic and client-facing talk tracks to uplift advisory capability.
- Provide on-site styling expertise at pre-sale previews, trunk shows and regional marketing events; present product narratives and stage live styling demonstrations.
- Contribute creative direction for regional fashion shows, brand salons and event shoots, ensuring model styling and assets align with seasonal themes and target clientele.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in fashion design, fashion business/merchandising, styling, art history or a related creative discipline; professional styling/image consultancy certification advantageous.
- Fluent Mandarin; strong English proficiency preferred to support bilingual client interactions.
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail, professional styling or a fashion-focused advisory role, with high‑end brand exposure preferred.
- Proven training or workshop delivery experience and ability to design curriculum for retail teams.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail, bespoke styling, or fashion consultancy. Demonstrated record of supporting sales through styling, training retail teams, and producing visual marketing assets is required; experience with high-end brands is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, fashion merchandising, styling, art history or related creative field preferred; formal credentials in personal styling or image consultancy are a plus.

This position is based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CNY 10,000 per month.
