Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in perfect condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms including products and packaging
• Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately
• Ensure right products are available on sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize client experience
• Improve product availability by interacting with supply chain and managing My Product Request (MPR) to address client needs
• Manage vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance
• Approach after-sales services as a client relationship opportunity and provide exceptional client experience
• Handle client repair requests, manage the repair process, and ensure quality follow-up
• Manage and develop team members in a larger store environment
• Support client advisors in optimizing traffic flow and adapting operations to client needs
• Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge
• Maintain Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
• Participate in morning briefings and contribute to overall store objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant stock management or inventory control experience
• Proven team management and coaching experience
• Strong organizational and attention to detail capabilities
• Commercial mindset with focus on operational excellence
• Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and the Louis Vuitton brand

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in stock management, inventory control, or related warehouse operations within a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.

Education

Secondary education required; further education or professional certification in inventory management, logistics, or retail operations preferred.
