Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior Stock Controller in Dublin to lead inventory operations and team management in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stock inventory in perfect condition with efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms, including product and packaging materials
- Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately to maximize store efficiency
- Ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor to enhance client experience and support sales objectives
- Improve product availability by interacting with Supply Chain and managing My Product Request (MPR) to address client needs
- Manage vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance requirements
- Approach after-sales services as a client relationship opportunity, handling repair requests and managing quality issues
- Manage and develop team members in larger store environments, fostering a culture of coaching and productivity
- Ensure full integration with the store team, participate in morning briefings, and contribute to achieving overall store objectives
- Maintain the highest brand and product knowledge standards
- Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of stock management or inventory operations experience
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience coaching and developing teams
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of retail operations and client-centric service
- Deep passion for luxury retail and the Louis Vuitton brand
- Fluency in English at a professional level

Experience
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in stock management, inventory operations, or warehouse coordination, ideally within a luxury retail or fashion environment. Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and driving operational excellence is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in supply chain management, logistics, or retail operations are advantageous.
