Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior Stock Controller in Casablanca, Morocco — temporary on‑site role managing inventory, stockroom and supply‑chain coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee back‑of‑house operations including stockroom organisation, intra‑shop movements, consignment management and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Set and enforce inventory quality standards, conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies; run performance reports to monitor boutique KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to improve product availability and optimise replenishment processes across all product categories.
  • Manage financial procedures related to store cash handling and deposits; perform cashier checks and ensure accurate transaction records.
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain a luxury presentation across sales floor, stockroom and back‑of‑house areas.
  • Provide client‑facing support when required, assist sales teams during peak periods and contribute to an elevated client experience.
  • Administer supplier contracts, follow internal audit guidelines and execute after‑sales, repairs and product care processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in stock or inventory management within a retail environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficient in the local language is required.
  • Proven ability to manage cycle counts, audits and inventory reconciliation in a high‑volume retail context.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational standards.
  • Collaborative team player with a solutions‑oriented mindset and the capacity to adapt in a fast‑paced luxury retail setting.

Experience

Education

The successful candidate will be located in Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco.
