Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all architectural and construction activities for store renovations and new store openings, managing timelines across project phases using designated software systems
  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive Cost Plan Reports, collecting periodic cost data from local consultants and contractors to ensure invoice accuracy and budgetary control
  • Communicate regularly with Senior Management regarding budget status and financial performance; prepare periodic budget reports for the Accounting Department
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Manager—Store Planning, Visual Merchandising, IT, Store Managers, Heads of Markets, and external suppliers to manage project costs, schedules, and quality standards
  • Partner with Finance and Legal Office to draft and negotiate store lease agreements and construction contracts

Qualifications

  • Degree qualification in architecture, design, construction management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in design or construction industries
  • Experience in luxury retail design environments (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese
