Senior Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton, London. Lead luxury retail client relationships and mentor teams in our flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through expert product knowledge, elevated relationship building, and strong commercial acumen across all Louis Vuitton categories
- Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio through proactive outreach and personalised engagement, building long-term relationships based on trust and excellence
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives while supporting colleagues in meeting performance targets
- Demonstrate advanced clienteling skills and leverage available tools to develop existing clients and recruit new clients
- Serve as a role model to the team, mentoring junior staff and supporting the integration of new team members through the buddy system
- Maintain the highest standards of Louis Vuitton brand knowledge, presentation, and behaviour in all aspects of daily work
- Support Store and Team Managers in daily operational duties including floor management, stock operations, opening and closing procedures
- Lead by example in client development initiatives, high-end events, animations, and virtual bridge appointments
- Contribute to store objectives through active participation in visual merchandising, after-sales support, and stock operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium client services
- Proven ability to build and develop a loyal client portfolio through relationship building and expert advisory selling
- Demonstrated experience managing high-value sales with professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence others through expertise and personal example
