Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an expert in the category, driving business performance and facilitating communication with regional teams.
- Challenge regional decisions and identify acceleration levers to ensure strategic alignment between central vision, assortment, and retail execution.
- Monitor the performance of women's ready-to-wear collections, implementing KPIs and action plans to maximize sales and sell-through.
- Collaborate with central departments to harmonize and optimize product launches.
- Lead showroom activities, including developing qualitative and quantitative buying strategies with collection merchandising.
- Define assortment strategies and clusters to achieve sales targets and market-specific goals.
- Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional projects with collection merchandising, VM, supply, and regional teams.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in central or regional merchandising, ideally in ready-to-wear.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
