Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior Retail Learning Manager to lead retail learning strategy and deliver clienteling, performance coaching, product, and retail excellence programs across a nine-market region that includes South Asia, Australia and New Zealand. The permanent, full-time role in Singapore aligns regional and country programs, partners with Global Retail Academy, and builds the Louis Campus concept.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a shared vision for retail learning across the region by aligning regional and country-level programs and ensuring they collectively support business objectives.
- Partner with Global Retail Academy to represent regional needs, contextualize global projects, and implement them across the region through the learning community of Learning Managers and Field Coach Trainers.
- Align and engage the learning community around global and regional initiatives.
- Build the Louis Campus concept and deliver programs with the excellence and creativity associated with Louis Vuitton.
- Partner with country-, regional-, and global-level stakeholders to secure buy-in and business fit, incorporate 360-degree business perspectives from functions including Client Development, Merchandising, and Human Resources, and maintain global alignment.
Qualifications
- Successful track record managing large retail learning programs across a region in a service-related industry such as luxury retail or hospitality.
- Ability to develop regional strategy while bringing strong tactical experience in project management, understanding business needs, and contextualizing content when required.
- Proven ability to align stakeholders and balance global and regional needs.
