Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the training strategy for dedicated product categories such as Leather Goods, Footwear, Accessories, and Ready-to-Wear, aligning closely with the commercial and marketing objectives of the Business Units.
- Prioritize the development of content and educational tools for each category, ensuring relevance and impact for Client Advisors.
- Design and develop inspiring and interactive training programs, incorporating gamified approaches to enhance product knowledge and sales skills of Client Advisors.
- Adapt educational content for various target audiences (new employees, Client Advisors, experts) and different delivery formats (in-person, in-store, remote, blended learning).
- Ensure all developed content supports business objectives, the vision of the Retail Academy, and the values and image of the brand.
- Manage the full lifecycle of training projects, from conception to deployment (Train the Trainer), adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with business teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Learning Zone) to identify needs, ensure strategic alignment, and maintain coherence of initiatives.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs by establishing relevant performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement plans.
Qualifications
- Mastery of luxury sales ceremonial codes and understanding of the importance of an excellent client experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and deploying training initiatives within the luxury sector.
- Energetic, creative, and impact-oriented with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills.
- Combines rigor, attention to detail, and agility.
- Comfortable working in collaborative and cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in French and English.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 10 years in training design and deployment within the luxury industry is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
