Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the retail learning strategy for the Midwest and Mid‑Atlantic, aligning training priorities with business objectives and métier‑specific needs.
- Design, develop and deploy zone training programs (product, client experience, high‑end selling, coaching and leadership) in digestible formats with clear in‑store application.
- Manage market activation and communications for central initiatives in partnership with Retail Directors, Regional VP and local Learning Managers.
- Lead facilitation and rollout activities including train‑the‑trainer sessions, testing implementations with the regional Learning team and supporting Louis Vuitton Americas and Central programs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, merchandising, operations and other corporate departments to surface needs and ensure training relevance.
- Elevate Academy capabilities by developing curricula, calendars and capability building for PCA’s, Experts and HE managers across key métiers.
- Partner with HR to evolve leadership workshops and ensure learning content remains aligned with organisational priorities and business metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail learning, training & development or L&D with regional responsibilities, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
- Proven experience designing and delivering train‑the‑trainer programs and facilitation at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate cross‑functionally in matrix environments.
- Strong capability in curriculum design, adult learning methodologies and translating strategic objectives into measurable learning initiatives.
- Experience managing program rollouts across multiple markets with sensitivity to local market needs.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail learning, talent development or L&D, with a track record of leading regional training programs and facilitating train‑the‑trainer initiatives in a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field preferred; advanced degree or professional certification in L&D, instructional design or organizational development is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 145,000 to USD 160,000 per annum.
