Senior Regional Retail Learning Manager at Louis Vuitton in Los Angeles, California. Lead L&D programs across West Region retail stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate Louis Vuitton's Retail Training and Client Development Strategies, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individualized training plans tailored to specific store and regional needs
- Support the region in driving customer delight by ensuring applied learning of selling skills through structured observation and coaching activities
- Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams, enhancing the proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members across the West Region
- Deliver on-the-job coaching to develop leadership skills of Store and Team Managers, enabling them to lead their teams with confidence and expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail training, learning and development, or people management within a luxury environment
- Demonstrated expertise in influencing and training team members within a fast-paced, client-centric business
- Highly developed coaching and mentoring skills with proven ability to provide constructive feedback that drives behavioral change
- Strong passion for both client experience and people development

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail training, learning and development, or talent management, preferably within the luxury sector. Demonstrated success in developing and delivering training programs for retail teams and coaching retail leaders in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in learning and development.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to USD 160,000 per annum.
