Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and deliver structured learning and development programs aligned with business objectives and team needs across the Pacific Northwest Region
  • Prepare and facilitate Louis Vuitton's Retail Training and Client Development Strategies, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and customized training plans
  • Support regional initiatives in driving customer delight by ensuring the application of selling skills through observation and coaching
  • Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams to enhance proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members
  • Develop and coach leadership skills of Store and Team Managers to enable confident and expert team leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or people management in a luxury or client-centric environment
  • Proven expertise in influencing and training team members within fast-paced, luxury business contexts
  • Highly developed coaching and mentoring skills with demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback
