Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and manage a structured retail learning and development programme for stores across the Southwest region (Las Vegas, Texas and New Orleans).
- Prepare and deliver regional and in-store inductions, training modules and bespoke individual development plans tailored to each store’s needs.
- Coach and mentor Store and Team Managers through on-the-job observation, feedback and follow-up to drive the adoption of selling skills and service excellence.
- Partner with store leadership to identify skill gaps, set measurable learning objectives and track progress against KPIs.
- Ensure training content aligns with business priorities and Louis Vuitton’s client experience standards, adapting materials for local market nuances.
- Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and equip local trainers with tools and methodologies to sustain learning locally.
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative measures; recommend continuous improvement actions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in retail learning & development, people development, or a related function—preferably within luxury, fashion, or premium retail.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact training programmes and in-store coaching initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and effect behavioural change through constructive feedback and mentoring.
- Strong facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills with comfort delivering to varied audiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally to support stores (inferred from regional remit).

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail training, learning & development or people development roles, ideally within a client-centric luxury or fashion environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline preferred.
