Louis Vuitton Paris | Senior Press Officer, Perfumes and Beauty | Full-time hybrid role managing international media relations for luxury fragrance and beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with print and online journalists in France and internationally; identify new media contacts and negotiate exclusive coverage opportunities
- Create press assets and coordinate perfume and beauty positioning across platforms including social media and influencer channels in collaboration with market and business teams
- Organize and coordinate international press trips and media events
- Prepare product forecasts and manage product distribution for press in France
- Conduct influencer and opinion leader benchmarking in collaboration with the influencer relations department
- Analyze and track press coverage and media impact for fragrance and beauty campaigns
- Prepare daily press reviews and launch-specific media reports for senior management
- Manage and monitor budget allocation and spending for press activities
- Develop comprehensive press dossiers: brief copywriters, provide internal direction, and review editorial content
- Oversee press materials production in collaboration with the Art Buying department
- Consolidate and share communication tools across internal departments including celebrity relations, client management, and marketing
- Maintain and regularly update the press website; oversee press release drafting, translation, and operational support for various communication initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Communication, Journalism, or equivalent university qualification
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in similar press relations or communications roles
- Significant experience in the beauty and fragrance sector with strong market knowledge
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Strong collaborative mindset with capacity to challenge and navigate differing viewpoints while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Fluent in both French and English, written and oral
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury sector values: excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creativity

Experience
Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in press relations, communications, or public affairs roles, with substantial background in the beauty and fragrance luxury sector.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Communication, Journalism, or equivalent university-level qualification.
