Role & Responsibilities
- Master various finishing techniques from surface preparation through final ornamentation on all watchcase components handled by the dedicated case workshop
- Execute comprehensive polishing and final decorative operations on precision horological components to rigorous specifications
- Maintain strict adherence to operational procedures for serial production components
- Perform visual self-inspection of components in compliance with the House's defined quality criteria
- Demonstrate autonomy and adaptability, particularly when handling demanding or bespoke projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated expertise in polishing techniques and high-end horological finishing
- Proven track record spanning both in-house manufacture and subcontracting environments
- Advanced proficiency across standard metals and exotic materials
- Acute aesthetic sensibility combined with passion for precision craftsmanship
