Louis Vuitton — Senior Payroll Specialist in Paris. Lead full payroll cycle, HR administration and DSN for the Fashion & Leather Goods division (hybrid).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process: collect variables, calculate and control payslips, and ensure compliance with French social legislation and company agreements.
- Prepare and submit mandatory social declarations, including event-driven DSN filings, and maintain accuracy of payroll data.
- Administer full employee lifecycle: hire, amend contracts, manage departures and prepare statutory exit documentation.
- Draft employment contracts, amendments and regulatory documents; maintain complete and compliant personnel files.
- Monitor absences, sick leave, workplace accidents and liaise with social security and other external bodies.
- Oversee employee benefits administration (mutuelle/prévoyance) including enrollments, terminations and claims follow-up.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding administrative processes and verify completeness of staff records.
- Advise employees and managers on payroll, leave, social legislation and HR processes; keep leadership informed of payroll impact from regulatory or internal changes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives: optimize payroll/HR processes, contribute to payroll system implementations or migrations and update internal procedures.
Qualifications
- Confirmed mastery of the complete payroll cycle in France, with rigorous knowledge of French labour law and collective bargaining agreements.
- Proven experience preparing and controlling DSN and other statutory declarations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong competence with payroll/HR information systems.
- High level of confidentiality, precision and organisational autonomy; ability to manage multiple dossiers concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, managers and external organisations; analytical mindset with capacity to take initiative.

Minimum 10 years of progressive payroll experience, preferably with exposure to multinational or retail/luxury environments and complex employee populations.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or related discipline preferred.
