Louis Vuitton is hiring a Senior Operations Officer in Chengdu to support the Head of Retail across the West Region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and consolidate routine regional performance reports, including weekly business summaries, store KPI tracking, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for central headquarters and Retail Excellence teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Draft and refine the regional Weekly Report for the HOR, highlighting key sales metrics, traffic trends, and store operational feedback
- Assist in cascading monthly sales targets to stores and consolidating market dynamics and competitor intelligence to support regional business planning
- Arrange business travel itineraries for the HOR and prepare comprehensive Regional Market Visit Books ahead of store tours
- Handle expense claims and reimbursement processes for the HOR, manage vendor contracts, and track budgets for regional activities
- Plan and coordinate logistics for regional events, including store manager meetings (SMM) and team manager meetings (TMM)
- Act as the primary liaison between the HOR, HQ departments, and Retail Excellence to align on brand standards, training rollout, and service guidelines
- Facilitate communication between the HOR, Regional Function Managers, and Store Managers to ensure seamless execution of HQ directives and regional programs
- Organize weekly regional meetings, record minutes, and track actionable deliverables across store teams to ensure timely completion
Qualifications
- Proven experience in regional operations support or executive assistant roles within luxury retail or similar fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Proficiency in data analysis and business reporting, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and work effectively with senior management
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations support, executive assistant roles, or regional management coordination, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, or high-end hospitality sectors. Demonstrated success in coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives and supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, multinational environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience in a relevant senior administrative capacity may be considered.
