Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead high-priority strategic and market-specific initiatives; translate regional priorities into actionable plans with clear governance and milestones
  • Analyze business performance and build deep understanding of regional commercial rhythms across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Korea to support executive decision-making
  • Modernize ways of working, reduce low-value work, strengthen execution, and support data, analytics, and AI-enabled productivity initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships across functions and seniority levels; influence without formal authority and prepare executive-level presentations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience across strategy, consulting, business development, transformation, commercial planning, finance, or leadership-track roles
