Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end digital insights function across sales, merchandising, marketing, operations and client development to provide a unified view of LVA digital performance.
  • Design and implement measurement methodology, reporting structures and a regular cadence of KPI reporting (weekly, monthly) for digital and brick-and-mortar channels.
  • Operate and govern Google Analytics/GA4 to monitor online performance, produce dashboards and recommend optimizations based on benchmarks and trend analysis.
  • Lead category- and style-level analyses and marketing/merchandising performance reviews to identify high-potential online selling opportunities.
  • Manage monthly forecasting and drive cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain and Merchandising to inform assortment and replenishment strategy.
  • Deliver ad-hoc deep-dive analyses for holidays, collaborations and special events to quantify client impact and future opportunity.
  • Oversee budget planning processes and translate financial targets into actionable plans for digital teams.
  • Leverage CRM databases to segment digital clients, surface behavioural insights and collaborate with digital marketing and merchandising to activate communication and selling strategies.
  • Synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive presentations for senior leadership and educate stakeholders to advocate for digital business priorities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital insights, e-commerce analytics, or a closely related function within luxury retail or premium consumer goods.
  • Demonstrated expertise with GA4/Google Analytics, PowerBI and advanced Excel; high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
  • Proven ability to develop measurement frameworks, produce regular KPI reporting and lead forecasting processes in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership and collaborating with merchandising, supply chain and marketing teams.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and analytically rigorous with a track record of translating data into actionable commercial recommendations.
