Louis Vuitton seeks Senior Manager, Client Relations and Experience in Singapore to lead High-End clientelling strategy across South Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the High-End Clientelling strategy for South Asia, establishing clear priorities and developing tailored client strategies to enhance loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value
- Ideate and propose innovative, first-to-market high-touch experiences designed to attract and engage high-net-worth individuals and top-tier clients
- Collaborate with markets and central teams on High-End Clientelling guidelines, ensuring alignment with global brand direction while accommodating local market nuances
- Partner with Market Leaders, Client Development Managers, merchandising, communication, and visual merchandising teams to identify client growth opportunities and unlock new acquisition channels
- Lead annual client mapping and analysis of targeted client lists to identify strategic opportunities within the High-End segment
- Define the annual engagement path for each VIC (Very Important Client), coordinating in-store activations and participation in major local and international High Jewelry and High Watchmaking events
- Lead nomination and drive attendance of clients at Regional and International Savoir Faire, High Jewelry, and High Watchmaking events
- Oversee top client development and management, including client profile review, annual experience planning, budget allocation, and exclusive product allocation
- Model and lead relationship management with key clients through personalized communication, exceptional service delivery, and curated multi-touchpoint experiences
- Oversee High-End event strategy and annual event mapping in partnership with markets and Client Development managers
- Develop, propose, and monitor budgets for South Asia local and international High-End client experiences and events, ensuring cost control and adherence to approved budgets
- Plan comprehensive luxury brand experiences for international events, including full travel itineraries and personalized engagement pathways
- Oversee post-event follow-up, including results tracking, reporting, client feedback collection, and identification of opportunities to enhance future experiences
- Work with legal and procurement partners to ensure compliance with company protocols when engaging external vendors
- Define Private Ambassador headcount and targets by market; lead external recruitment where required
- Identify high-potential client advisor profiles and co-develop tailored capability-building plans with Market Leaders
- Establish clear criteria and objectives for Private Ambassador status, with focus on High-End share, VIC portfolio quality, and event participation
- Lead annual reassessment of existing Private Ambassador members and create annual engagement programs for confirmed members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in client relationship management, client development, or a similar high-impact role within the luxury fashion industry
- Proven track record of elevating client experiences and driving commercial outcomes in the luxury sector
- Profound knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and the expectations of discerning luxury clientele in South Asia
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (additional Asian language proficiency highly desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with a strategic mindset focused on long-term client loyalty and brand elevation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An authentic passion for luxury fashion and in-depth understanding of Louis Vuitton's heritage, values, and craftsmanship

Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in client relationship management, client development, or comparable roles within the luxury fashion industry, demonstrating consistent success in cultivating top-tier clientele, driving client loyalty initiatives, and translating client insights into measurable commercial outcomes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related discipline.
