Senior Manager, Beauty at Louis Vuitton in mainland China. Lead end-to-end product marketing campaigns for luxury makeup and fragrance launches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the annual China product marketing calendar for makeup and fragrance, adapting global launch strategies into localized execution with tailored campaign themes, animations, and exclusive client events
  • Lead initial and rolling forecasts for sellable products and non-sellable inventory, collaborating with supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels while preventing obsolescence on hero SKUs
  • Serve as central coordinator for novelty launches and campaigns, synchronizing internal teams including Communications, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Retail Operations, eCommerce, and NEO to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery
  • Monitor product sell-in and sell-out performance, stock turnover, and client feedback, providing monthly and post-launch performance reports with actionable recommendations for repush actions and repeat ordering decisions
  • Track competitive landscape dynamics including new product launches, pricing strategies, media investments, KOL activations, and consumer sentiment across social platforms (RED, Douyin, WeChat), sharing emerging trends with global teams

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Deep understanding of China's digital ecosystem and KOL landscape
  • Proven ability to develop and execute 360° product launch campaigns
  • Strong forecasting and inventory management capabilities
  • Experience with retail and CRM analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional leadership without direct authority

Experience

At least 10 years of product marketing and brand management experience, with a minimum of 8 years specifically in premium beauty (luxury makeup strongly preferred). Demonstrated track record of launching makeup or fragrance products in the China market, including comprehensive 360° campaign orchestration with cross-functional teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, fashion, or related discipline. MBA or advanced professional certification in brand management preferred.
