Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the store’s clienteling expert to deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences across floor service, events and VIP interactions.
  • Design and implement targeted client acquisition, upgrade and reactivation strategies using qualitative feedback, in-store observation and CRM data.
  • Translate and execute global and regional Client Development strategies into local clienteling activations and outreach programmes.
  • Maintain and enrich the store’s client profile book with high-quality, timely data; ensure insights are shared with the corporate Client Development team.
  • Lead by example and coach store teams through workshops, briefings and on-floor mentorship to embed a client-focused mindset and best practices.
  • Monitor and refine the store’s outreach cadence (appointments, responsiveness and follow-up) and develop partnerships with external suppliers to elevate client events and experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in luxury retail, hospitality or private client relations with demonstrable client development results.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin desirable.
  • Strong client-facing presence with high standards of grooming, hosting and professional communication.
  • Solid understanding of client segmentation and luxury customer behaviour.
  • Proven ability to use CRM concepts and apply data-driven approaches to client acquisition and retention.

Experience
