Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior HSE and General Services Manager in Venice, Italy to lead HSE, facilities and property management across production sites.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, implement and continuously improve an integrated Health, Safety & Environment management system aligned to D.Lgs. 81/2008 and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 requirements.
- Lead, coordinate and develop local HSE managers and teams across sites to ensure consistent application of group standards and dissemination of best practices.
- Oversee management, maintenance and optimisation of the company’s real estate, infrastructure and technical systems, including scheduling and supervision of preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Manage procurement and execution of construction, renovation and technical works: prepare technical tender specifications, direct works, supervise external contractors and conduct technical and financial acceptance (collaudo).
- Design and implement risk assessments, safety procedures (POS), PPE (DPI) protocols, emergency response plans and ergonomic improvements to workspaces.
- Plan and deliver HSE training and advisory services to operational teams and senior management; act as internal technical consultant on HSE matters.
- Conduct audits, inspections and performance monitoring; define HSE / SGX KPIs and report periodically to senior leadership on compliance, incidents and improvement plans.
- Manage relations with external authorities, certification bodies and third-party service providers to ensure regulatory compliance and successful certification processes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a scientific, engineering or closely related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within luxury goods or comparable high‑quality production settings.
- Proven experience in facilities, property and project management including tendering, contractor oversight and technical commissioning.
- Demonstrable knowledge of national safety legislation (D.Lgs. 81/2008) and experience implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Availability for frequent travel and ability to operate on-site (role based in Venice).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across operational and executive levels.

Experience
At least 10 years of experience in HSE roles within manufacturing or industrial operations, including leadership of local HSE teams and direct responsibility for facilities, maintenance and contractor management.
Education
Master’s degree in scientific, engineering or related discipline
