Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise HR programs and campaigns from conception through completion
  • Manage labor issues including code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence
  • Oversee the entire talent lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR projects with organizational objectives
  • Serve as liaison between executive leadership, IT, and HR teams to ensure effective adoption of new structures
