Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise HR programs and campaigns from conception through completion
- Manage labor issues including code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence
- Oversee the entire talent lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR projects with organizational objectives
- Serve as liaison between executive leadership, IT, and HR teams to ensure effective adoption of new structures
- Ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
- Create and implement comprehensive change management plans with stakeholder engagement
- Identify training and development needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills and career growth

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles with management experience preferred
