Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior HR Manager in Venice, Italy to lead talent acquisition, employee relations and HR transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training and employee lifecycle programs.
- Design, launch and supervise HR campaigns and programmes from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (including IT and operations) to secure buy-in for organisational changes and new HR structures.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans assessing readiness and managing stakeholder engagement.
- Create and monitor HR analytics dashboards to measure transformation success, employee engagement and workforce performance.
- Manage employee relations, code of conduct, ethics, policy adherence and labour issues, including proactive engagement with union representatives.
- Drive initiatives to attract, develop and retain top talent; identify learning & development needs and organise targeted programmes.
- Lead internal communication and motivation initiatives tied to HR projects and cultural engagement.
- Act as senior liaison between executive leadership and HR teams to ensure consistent application of people policies and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated management or supervisory responsibility.
- Proven experience in change management, employee relations and talent lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high standards of organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; experience using HR metrics and dashboards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in human resources with a track record of managing HR programmes and leading teams; prior exposure to change management, employee relations and talent development. Experience in a multinational or luxury retail/manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
