Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior HR Manager in Venice, Italy to lead talent, employee relations and HR transformation initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR programmes, from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with executive strategy and commercial objectives.
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and succession planning.
- Design and implement change management plans; assess organisational readiness and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure effective adoption.
- Develop and monitor HR analytics dashboards to measure transformation success, employee engagement and workforce performance.
- Manage employee relations, labour issues and union interactions; maintain proactive relationships with union representatives and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Drive internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, including motivational events and HR campaigns.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, IT and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in for new HR structures and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; equivalent professional experience acceptable.
- Minimum five years of progressive HR experience with demonstrable management responsibility; prior experience in luxury, retail or international matrix organisations preferred.
- Proven background in change management, employee relations and labour/union negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical aptitude and experience using HR metrics to drive decisions.
- High level of organisational competence, attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple projects.

Experience
At least five years of HR experience with hands-on responsibility for recruitment, employee relations and talent development; prior managerial experience and exposure to collective labour environments or union engagement are strongly preferred. Experience within luxury fashion, retail operations or a multinational matrix structure is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
