Louis Vuitton in Venice seeks a Senior HR Manager (on-site) to lead talent acquisition, employee relations and HR transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR programs and campaigns from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, performance management and retention.
- Design and implement change management plans, assess organizational readiness and manage stakeholder engagement for HR transformations.
- Manage employee relations, code of conduct, ethics, labour compliance and serve as primary liaison with union representatives to resolve conflicts.
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards to monitor transformation success, engagement and workforce performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners (including IT and business units) to secure buy-in and enable adoption of new HR structures and tools.
- Animate internal communication and engagement initiatives, including motivational events and programmes that promote a healthy workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including people management; prior management experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead change-management initiatives and large cross-functional HR projects.
- Strong experience in employee relations and working with union representatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- High-level organisational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using HR analytics or dashboarding tools.

Experience
At least 5 years of hands-on HR experience with responsibility for the full employee lifecycle and people management; experience in luxury fashion, retail or a global matrix organisation is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
