Louis Vuitton in Venice seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead talent acquisition, employee relations and HR programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR programmes, from conception through implementation and evaluation.
- Manage the full talent lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, development and retention.
- Design and execute change management plans, assess organisational readiness and lead stakeholder engagement.
- Act as strategic HR partner to senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop and monitor HR analytics and dashboards to measure transformation success, engagement and performance.
- Lead employee relations, labour issues and union engagement to ensure constructive dialogue and compliance.
- Coordinate internal communication and employee engagement activities, including motivational events and campaigns.
- Serve as liaison between HR, IT and executive teams to secure buy-in and drive adoption of new structures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ professional HR experience; 10+ years with management responsibility preferred.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, change management and employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills; exemplary verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English; French proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Venice.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of progressive HR experience, with a preference for candidates who have accumulated ten or more years including people management. Experience in luxury, fashion or retail contexts and working with unions and cross-functional executive stakeholders is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
