Louis Vuitton New York: Senior FP&A Analyst role driving financial planning, budgeting, and sales analysis for the Americas region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with departments and retail regions to build forecasts (budget, revision, monthly sales estimates) based on strategy and projected financial implications, maintaining monthly reporting on budget variances
  • Ensure accuracy of LVA Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) through close partnerships with Finance, Accounting, and key stakeholders, including monthly close analysis and accrual calculations
  • Report on weekly and monthly sales trends and KPIs, assisting in collection and consolidation of sales data from all regions for budget and forecast alignment
  • Lead monthly closing analysis and control against budget and trend, communicating performance to Louis Vuitton headquarters in Paris
  • Participate in annual budget construction and revisions across the Americas business
  • Serve as primary partner with supply chain and logistics teams on warehouse, repair center, logistics, and freight expense management
  • Support Brazil and Mexico-based teams in budgeting, cost savings initiatives, and P&L analysis
  • Execute ad hoc financial projects and analyses as needed to support business objectives
  • Drive individual and team objectives while maintaining accountability for service level standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • 2–3 years of relevant financial experience within a multinational corporation or financial services firm
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with exceptional analytical capabilities
  • Comfortable with accounting concepts, general ledger analysis, and financial systems
  • Familiarity with SAP and BI tools (PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Cognos Cubes) is advantageous

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 100,000 per annum.
