Louis Vuitton Paris — Senior Financial Controller, CFO-reporting role. Lead consolidation, IFRS 16, and financial community across 100 subsidiaries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Validate and construct consolidated Group financial statements while optimizing closing processes and their documentation
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information across a geographic zone, serving as the primary contact for tools and procedures
- Lead the financial community through preparation and continuous improvement of training modules for teams in France and internationally
- Support the Louis Vuitton financial direction in structuring and strategic reflection on cross-functional projects for the Maison and Group
- Develop and manage extra-financial reporting required by the Group and internal direction
- Enhance understanding and analysis of financial statements through advanced margin analysis and return treatment in margin elimination
- Promote and develop training programs (e-learning, gamification, new training methodologies), ensuring support maintenance and creation of new training modules (SyRUS, Nakisa)
- Contribute to green reporting initiatives including Taxonomy compliance
- Upgrade and maintain IFRS 16 calculation tools, reconcile Nakisa calculations, improve SyRUS/Nakisa controls, and support regional and country operations
- Create and maintain Information Systems reporting used by the financial community
- Collaborate on the Phoenix project through testing and tool redesign leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5 years (Master's level) from a business school or engineering school with specialization in finance, audit, or management control
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in audit, ideally within a Big Four or equivalent consulting firm followed by a large international group
- Expertise in consolidation, management control, financial analysis, international accounting standards, extra-financial reporting, and project management
- Advanced Excel proficiency and intermediate Power BI competency
- Knowledge of Magnitude and general proficiency with information systems
- Fluent English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
- Demonstrated rigor, reliability, and strong team collaboration
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and initiative capabilities

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in audit within a consulting firm or major international group, with demonstrated expertise in consolidation, management control, financial analysis, and international accounting standards.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school with specialization in finance, audit, or management control.
