Louis Vuitton is hiring a Senior Digital Merchandising Specialist in Seoul. Drive eCommerce growth through digital content management and sales optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product master data and digital content across LV.com and LV App platforms, ensuring alignment with central and local brand guidelines
- Oversee end-to-end product launch and e-merchandising operations, including sales forecasting and performance reporting
- Optimize online visual merchandising (eVM) to enhance product visibility, engagement, and category performance across web and app environments
- Plan and execute sales-driving activations across digital touchpoints, including onsite, search, and CRM channels in line with local business strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure flawless execution
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly eCommerce performance reports, including sales KPIs and inventory analysis
- Translate business insights into prioritized action plans and test-and-learn initiatives that drive both short-term sales impact and long-term D2C growth
- Monitor key product and market trends, including competitor pricing and commercial activities
- Lead end-to-end e-merchandising project management for key commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in eCommerce with demonstrated ownership of sales performance
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on online and retail merchandising experience
- Professional fluency in English with ability to lead global meetings confidently
- Strong understanding of luxury brands and online vertical platforms
- Experience with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channels and eCommerce marketing
- Hands-on experience with global DTC platforms and systems such as Oracle, SFCC, or Core Media
- Strong sense of ownership with meticulous and responsible working approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- Creative thinking with robust digital content planning abilities
- Solid analytical skills with problem-solving mindset
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
