Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives and customer engagement targets across international markets.

- Design and operationalise end-to-end customer journeys and automated triggers, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and markets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (communications, commercial teams, technology, omnichannel functions) to deliver journeys and campaigns.
- Manage and execute multichannel CRM campaigns (email, push, MMS, CRM Social, etc.) leveraging automation and personalization features.
- Partner with local and regional teams to gather commercial insights, implement CRM initiatives and ensure market alignment.
- Monitor campaign and journey performance, derive actionable insights and iterate programmes using an agile test‑and‑learn approach.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in business, marketing or equivalent university qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation, with demonstrable expertise in segmentation, campaign analysis and optimization.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Deep familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms and their capabilities.
- Proven ability to operate in a cross‑functional, international marketing environment and to link CRM initiatives to broader digital and client experience strategies.
- Sensitivity to luxury brand codes: rigor, attention to detail, creativity and commitment to excellence.
- Knowledge of the US market is a plus.
