Louis Vuitton in Singapore seeks a Senior C&B Executive (6‑month contract) to manage payroll, benefits and compliance for the Asia Pacific zone.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll delivery for the Singapore location through management of internal HR teams and the external payroll vendor, ensuring adherence to internal policies and statutory regulations.
- Provide technical payroll guidance to HR teams, manage tax procedures and statutory declarations, and maintain comprehensive records to support internal controls and external audits.
- Lead payroll-related internal and external audits and manage participation in compensation & benefits external surveys and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support design, implementation and ongoing administration of benefits programmes, including policy drafting, benefits database maintenance and annual insurance renewals.
- Develop and deliver benefits and payroll analytics to monitor compliance and programme effectiveness across the zone; support ad-hoc C&B projects and regional compliance activities.
- Manage regulatory changes affecting payroll operations and coordinate integration processes and system enhancements as required.
- Coordinate zone-level HR tasks: prepare presentation materials for the HR VP, manage travel and meeting arrangements, and coordinate onboarding schedules for Zone HODs and Country Heads.
Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years' HR experience, with demonstrated exposure to Compensation & Benefits and payroll operations; Singapore payroll and statutory experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing relationships with external payroll vendors and leading payroll audits.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in benefits analytics and compliance reporting.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; comfortable working with payroll/HRIS integrations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management skills; detail oriented, resilient and able to perform in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to Compensation & Benefits and payroll operations; regional MNC experience and direct experience with Singapore payroll and statutory requirements preferred.
Education
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
