Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive assortment strategy and the structural construction of collections; prepare detailed briefs for Design and Development (trends, benchmarks, price targets, material expectations, key silhouettes and target clients).
- Perform advanced market benchmarking and consolidated strategic analyses to identify product opportunities, risks and segmentation recommendations.
- Manage the product lifecycle from prototype follow‑up to final validation; arbitrate technical and cost evolutions and monitor margins, pricing, lead times and industrial feasibility indicators.
- Ensure accuracy and continuous maintenance of product data and prepare consolidated materials for decision reviews; escalate schedule or deployment risks to leadership.
- Lead showroom validation activities: structure initial validation materials (modélarios, boards, commercial argumentaires), support editing decisions and oversee showroom setup aligned with collection strategy.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Communication, IP) and supervise quality of sales assets including pack‑shot shoots.
- Coach and mentor junior profiles to accelerate their technical skills and commercial judgement.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school, engineering school or equivalent higher education.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in product marketing, merchandising or collection development, ideally within fashion or luxury leather goods.
- Keen product sensitivity and up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities; rigorous, highly organised and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work and influence across diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience
At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, merchandising or collection development within fashion or luxury goods, with demonstrable achievements in assortment strategy, prototype governance and cross‑functional leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school or equivalent.
