Senior Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton Venice – luxury retail leadership role combining client advisory excellence with team mentoring and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives, demonstrating accountability for results and providing peer support to drive collective performance
- Elevate client experience and clienteling opportunities within the store by establishing a client-centric mindset and leveraging available technology tools to develop existing and recruit new clients
- Demonstrate advanced sales leadership and clienteling expertise, building and maintaining long-term client relationships through personalized service
- Assist management in daily store operations to ensure operational excellence, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing procedures
- Support managers in developing team capabilities through training, mentoring, shadowing, and tutoring activities
- Ensure thorough understanding and consistent application of company policies, providing guidance to junior client advisors as needed
- Perform as a collaborative team player, participating actively in all store initiatives and activities that contribute to overall business objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience
- Demonstrated high-level clienteling capabilities and proven track record in client relationship management
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Excellent client experience delivery expertise
