Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the in-store client experience, delivering personalised, high-touch service and cultivating long-term relationships with VIP clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating Louis Vuitton’s heritage and product story with authenticity and conviction.
- Drive sales performance and profitability through strategic clienteling, appointment management and conversion of key accounts.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior Client Advisors to build a high-performing, service-oriented team.
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to retail procedures, including handling client escalations professionally.
- Contribute to store strategy and local commercial initiatives to maximise sales growth and client retention.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-touch retail or service environment, with a track record of coaching others.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and to manage KPIs that influence store performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing escalations and VIP client relationships.
- Strong operational knowledge of retail procedures, visual merchandising expectations and appointment management.
- Proactive, adaptable mindset with the capacity to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or a high-touch service environment, including demonstrable sales performance and leadership/mentoring responsibilities.
Education
Secondary education required; formal qualifications in retail, sales, fashion or business are advantageous but not mandatory.
